Service agreement

By booking with NorthStar Rolloff, you confirm that the order and site details you provide are accurate, you are authorized to approve placement, and the location is safe and accessible for delivery and pickup.

Pricing and rental period

Your confirmed booking shows the applicable rental price, duration, included weight, rush charge, and other disclosed fees. The rental period begins only when the dumpster is recorded as dropped. Additional weight, extended rental, prohibited contents, failed access, damage, taxes, or other disclosed service changes may result in additional charges.

Customer responsibilities

Do not load prohibited or hazardous materials. Keep the container within its fill limits, maintain safe access, obtain required permits, and protect surfaces when placement could cause damage. Contact us before changing the agreed placement, contents, pickup, or schedule.

Transactional text messages

When you opt in, NorthStar Rolloff may send texts about your order and account. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase; declining text messages does not prevent a booking. See our Privacy Policy.
