Information we collect

NorthStar Rolloff collects the contact, service-address, booking, payment-status, and job details needed to quote, schedule, deliver, bill, and support your roll-off service.

How we use and share information

We use this information to provide the service you request, operate customer and staff portals, prevent fraud, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We share only what is needed with service providers that support hosting, payments, email, text messaging, storage, and operations. We do not sell your personal information or share SMS consent with third parties for their marketing.

Text messages

If you opt in, we send transactional texts about your quote, booking, delivery, pickup, invoice, or account. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you do not opt in, you can still book and we will not send customer job or reminder texts.

Retention and choices

We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for service, accounting, safety, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to records we must keep.
